1. General Provisions

If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false information may delay account verification and result in withdrawals being put on hold.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for your account password and login credentials. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. bd211 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bd211 may take additional time during verification or in cases of unusual transactions. Withdrawals will remain on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.4 Transaction Verification

bd211 reserves the right to verify any transaction and may request a national ID card, passport, or payment proof where necessary. Failure to provide verification documents may delay or suspend a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds and is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets before a withdrawal becomes eligible.

Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• bd211 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the requirements have been met.

5.4 VIP Program

bd211 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). You can move up to a higher tier based on your playing volume and consistency. bd211 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6. Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all games offered at bd211 — including slots, fishing games, live casino, cricket betting, and all other sports betting.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be cancelled and the bet will be refunded.
• An internet disconnection does not cancel a bet; the game continues to run on the server.
• The game provider's own rules also apply. In the event of any dispute, the game server record will be considered final.
• For sports betting, official scores and statistics are used to determine results.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bd211 may suspend payment until an investigation is completed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and asset forfeiture:

• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Filing fraudulent payment claims against bd211.
• Attempting to damage the platform through social or technical means.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by notifying the support team. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by bd211

bd211 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, evidence of fraud, or requirements to comply with applicable law. If you dispute a closure decision, please contact the support team.

9. Limitation of Liability
